Pier Park Guide to Restaurants
Reggae J’s Island Grill
Reggae J’s is located right at the edge of Pier Park, just across from the City Pier. Traditional Island style cooking really sets this restaurant apart. Every dish offers unique island flavors and tastes. Items such as their Reggae Rolls and Garlic Crusted Grouper keep guests coming back for more.
Reggae J’s is also home to some of the best live reggae bands you will hear, with performances booked months in advance from all over the country.
Buffalo Wild Wings
If it’s hot wings, and cold beer you;re looking for you came to the right place! Since wings are the number one item on the menu here, they have definitely perfected their craft. Choose from 16 different sauces and 5 seasonings- meaning you’ll need a pretty big group to be able to try everything they have in one sitting.
While you are mixing and matching wing flavors, kick and watch the game from any of the dozens of TV’s on every wall.
The Cantina Bar and Grill
The only place in Pier Park to enjoy authentic traditional Mexican food. The selection of items that are available for you to choose from can make this decision rather difficult. From the Poblano pepper filled with cheese beef or chicken to the Vegetarian section of the menu.
Feeling adventurous? There’s always the “Ring of Fire Monster Burrito” – 14 inches of the hottest peppers stuffed with all of you other favorite fillings (a waiver must be signed before attempting this meal)!
Back Porch Seafood House
This Pier Park restaurant offers diners great views of the Gulf in an open air atmosphere that makes the meal as enjoyable as the location. The huge menu that The Back Porch offers makes sure that everyone is happy.
Choose from a wonderful selection of fresh seafood, steaks, sandwiches, and pasta dishes. Since there is so much to choose from, why not go with a large group and have everyone get something different, that way you can try it all! 🙂
