Finn’s Barista Bar & Snack Shack
Finn’s Barista Bar & Snack Shack is an excellent place to go for all things vegan. Their acai bowls are delicious and filling, and the avocado toast drizzled with rosemary olive oil and sprinkled with black salt and chipotle flakes is fantastic.
They have a list of acai bowls to choose from. The the bees knees is of the most popular. Made with nut milk, peanut butter and banana this vegan-friendly dish will take your tastebuds back to when you were a kid.
You can also get your hands on Noli South kombucha here, which is made locally right here in Panama City Beach. Plus, if you need a pick me up, the roasted coffee with an organic syrup will be your best friend.
Lotus Cafe & Juice Bar
Lotus is one of the original vegan-friendly places to eat in Panama City Beach. It’s kid of hidden behind Zen garden, but it’s well worth the find if you’ve never been. Their home made juices are as delicious as they are addictive.
Lotus Cafe’s beach juice is made with carrot, apple, beet, lemon and ginger. Honestly, we couldn’t even type that without our mouth watering. There’s also a great selection of snacks to sink youth teeth into.
The hummus and the seed cheese (made with sunflower or pumpkin seeds) are both 100% vegan. Plus, Lotus has an all-organic menu full of vegan foods, which let you add tofu, tempeh or a veggie burger to any meal.
Freshii
If you’ve never been to a Freshii before, imagine fast food with a healthy twist.
They’re known for their fresh salads and bowls mainly. The bowls can be customized to make them more (or less) vegan-friendly, but many are designed specifically with a vegan diet in mind.
The buddha’s satay bowl has a base of rice noodles topped with fresh veggies and a drizzle of spicy peanut sauce.
Located in Pier Park at the West-end of Panama City Beach, Freshii offers tofu, falafel and beyond meat crumbles as add-ons to your bowl, salad or wrap.
The Pour
Like Finns, this is another coffee shop that serves awesome vegan food.
The veggie’wch sandwich comes stuffed with fresh veggies like cucumber, tomatoes and avocado, and finished off with a hummus spread. Their take on avocado toast includes crushed red pepper and a lemon wedge for an unusual but very satisfying twist.
They serve breakfast and lunch so they are ideal for a bite before hitting the beach.
