Fall is possibly our favorite time of the year.
It’s easily one of the best seasons to visit Panama City Beach. It’s always the first time of the year we suggest when guests ask us for a recommendation.
Rates here at the Resort drop to some of their lowest all year. The weather is still warm, and the sunsets are spectacular.

Pirates of the High Seas Fest
Little pirates welcome!
This free three-day event over Columbus Day weekend is fun for all ages, with live music, parades, costume contests, fireworks and so much more!

Lobster Festival & Tournament
If you love lobster, you will not want to miss this! It’s the biggest lobster festival in the area!
This week-long celebration has live music, contests and (of course) plenty of Florida lobster!
October 14th – 20th
Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally
We are the original home of the Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally!
This event needs no introduction, the Fall rally is typically lighter than the Spring Rally, but just as much fun!
October 23rd – 27th
IRONMAN Florida
The biggest challenge of the year is back, and ready to be conquered!
Participants have just 17 hours to swim, bike and run through Grand Lagoon and St. Andrews State Park.
November 2nd
Emerald Coast Cruizin’
A beautiful sight to behold!
This fall, over 1,000 different hot rods, rat rods, antique cars and classics will be on display.
These beautiful vehicles will be featured in a parade followed by a live band, meet and greets and awards.
November 6th – 9th
Pier Park Seafood Festival
Come hungry, and taste a variety of delicious shrimp, crab and oyster dishes from Pier Park restaurants while enjoying live music on Pier Park Drive.
Once inside the event area stop by all the different restaurant tents and sample small tasting plates.

Bloody Mary & Music Festival
Taste test over 25 unique and delicious Bloody Mary recipes while enjoying some local music and food.
Stick around and vote for your favorite cocktail recipe, and see which one is crowned this year’s winner.
